Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days after processing. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders over $69 CAD.
Standard shipping: $4.99 CAD on orders under $69 CAD.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime at paweasepets.shop/track-order

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your order date, email us at support@paweasepets.shop and we'll investigate immediately — either reshipping or issuing a full refund.
